Whiners, Complainers and Boors, Oh My!

Have you ever run into one of those nagging, complaining, pain-in-the-ass types who just don’t know how, when or why to shut up? Believe me, I have had to deal with more than my share of these people.
I had one guy, I will call him Shmennis, who used to go off on a big nasty rant right in the middle of employee meetings I was conducting on benefits or policies. What I would do is let him work himself up into a whine ball, because I knew from experience that he would slip and say a bad word.
As soon as he did, I ousted him from the room for bad language. This was a doubly happy occasion for all who hated this guy, which was most of the populace, since I also had to give him a warning for swearing at me during a meeting.
Ah, the good old days. How I miss them sometimes.
