Memories of my Mom

PLEASE READ MY NEW BLOG - Http:// HEALTHMYSTERIES.TODAY.COM

My mother died four years ago almost to the day and this day also would have been her 75th birthday. I would like to take a moment of your time to tell you that I wish my mom were still with us and I really hope that those of you who still have a mother who is living will take a moment to appreciate all the good things she has done for you.

My mom developed a rare and aggressive bone marrow cancer about two years before she died. It took me a long time to believe that she really was very sick and I still think about her every day and miss her.

Parents can be a real pain in the butt sometimes. They can drive us crazy and make unreasonable demands on our time and our lives. But in most cases, they do it because they care and love us and want us to be happy and productive.

One thing I will say about my mother, she was very proud of me and told me this often. She helped make me the good and successful person I have become. So take a minute out of your busy day to call your mom and say “thanks”.

I lost my dad this past March. It hurts very much. I’m sorry for the loss of your mom. Hang on to the good memories.
