Happy New Year
New Year’s Day is a time for fresh beginnings as we all know from all the resolutions we have tried in the past. This year, I am not going to make lofty promises to myself about all the weight I plan to lose or all the exercising and conditioning I will force upon my unwilling body and spirit.
But I am going to resolve to be healthier in the new year. To that end, I have decided to start a second blog which will be called Healthmysteries.today.com. It will deal with health issues, parenting, mental health, daily struggles and will do so with a humorous twist. I am gearing up to start this today and I hope you will continue to visit me at Careermysteries as well as make a point to frequent Healthmysteries as often as you can.
