Let’s Have Peace

I, for one, am getting tired of all the nastiness that this election process has elicited from otherwise nice people. I am sure that - from the perspective of someone in the McCain camp - knowing you will be losing the race is the epitomy of frustration. It is unfortunate, however, that some folks let these bad feelings spill out all over the tables in every city and town, forming a huge stain on the honor and integrity of everyone in the losing party.

Change is inevitable. We have gone too long in the same paradigm and it is time for a reshuffling of a very stale deck of policies in this country. Bush and his administration have created disasterous conditions here and abroad, and someone needs to go in and clean up his big, ugly mess.

Barack Obama will improve things one hundredfold just by representing a new wind in this part of the world. And a new hope. I believe he is capable of leading us into a better place, as it cannot get much worse than it is now, at least from a financial perspective.
